The Manitowoc Parks and Recreation Department have opened up registration for the 2008 Manitowoc Ultimate Hat Tournament. Registration is once again done via their eConnect website, and you can click here to register for the tournament.

One of the biggest names in Ultimate products is VC Ultimate, and we're happy to announce the they're back on board as tournament sponsors!  Those of you at last year's tournament will recall that VC Ultimate donated a lot of products that we raffled off to players in last year's tournament, and they're doing the same again this year.

We are pleased to announce that Cellcom has once again agreed to be a sponsor for the Manitowoc Ultimate Hat Tournament.

We have begun seeking sponsors for the 2008 Manitowoc Ultimate Hat Tournament.  While the tournament is hosted by the city of Manitowoc's Parks and Recreation Department, all proceeds go to the MUFC.  The MUFC in turn lines up local businesses to sponsor production of custom T-shirts and discs to give to all players as well as donate any leftovers to local youth groups.

The date has been reserved and the 2008 Manitowoc Ultimate Hat Tournament will be held on Saturday July 26.  The tournament is once again being hosted by the Manitowoc Parks & Recreation Department at the MPSD Soccer Complex on South 35th Street.

We'll update our tournament page with details as they solidify.

The Brat Fry originally scheduled for Friday August 31st at Copps Food Center has been cancelled.
